Filipino Renal Nurses Association of Ontario
First Dinner Dance Campaign

 

The Filipino Renal Nurses Association of Ontario (FRNAO) are Registered Nurses from Hemodialysis and Neprology Program of different hospitals in Ontario with the mission of supporting different organizations that will benefit the poor and needy Kababayans in the Philippines and Toronto. FRNAO's first Dinner-Dance Campaign held at the Renaissance Convention Center on November 17, 2007 under the leadership of Rhory Elefano raised sufficient funds to build two Gawad Kalinga houses for the PIDC Toronto GK Village in Bicol, Philippines. Debutante Immalyn Rheda

 

MOTHER AND DAUGHTER. Debutante Immalyn Rheda Reyes (left) and mom Helen C. Reyes were a picture of gratitude and fulfillment as about 200 guests attended Immalyn's 18th birthday party at Rembrandt Banquet Hall on Friday, Dec. 7, 2007. Helen, a single mother, delivered a touching speech about her hardships and triumphs in raising Immalyn which paid off well as her daughter turned out to be a wonderful child every parent would be proud of.

DEBUTANTE Immalyn Rheda Reyes with her huge cake at her birthday bash Dec. 7. Schoolmates, friends, family and other guests heard the speeches of the mother and the debutante.

WEDDING of Loraine and Bernie Sychangco was held Oct. 6, 2007 at Rembrandt Banquet Hall. With them is their 4-month old daughter Samantha. About 250 guests attended the ceremony and reception at the same place.

Filipino Canadian Auto Workers Association held its
4th Anniversary and Halloween Party

 

The Filipino Canadian Auto Workers Association (FCAWA) held its 4th Anniversary and Halloween Party last Oct. 27 at the Al Palladini Community Centre, in Woodbridge , Ontario . A fund raising drive was held for the benefit of Noah's Ark Ministries, an orphanage and child care center in Banaue, Ifugao in the Philippines.

LILY ZARAGOZA IS 93 YEARS OLD . Ms. Lily Zaragoza is relaxing as she is

All her children from the Philippines , United States and Canada were present. She is the oldest member of THE PILLARS headed by President Frank Maralag.
